Jani-King Master Franchisee Recognized for Charity Efforts
Milwaukee, WI 9/20/2009 -
Jani-King, the world's largest commercial cleaning franchise company, is proud to recognize Jon McAlpine, Master Franchise Owner for Jani-King of Milwaukee and Jani-King of Madison, for his efforts in his local community.
In Southeastern Wisconsin, Jani-King's name has become synonymous with Jon McAlpine through both the support he delivers to clients and franchisees and for the contributions he makes to the community. Recently, McAlpine's community efforts were rewarded with a 'humbling' Community Service Award as McApline admits.
For three years running, McAlpine has been the primary financial sponsor of the annual Milwaukee County Sherriff's Office 'Shop with a Cop' program, teaming at-risk youth with law enforcement officers in the spirit of the holiday season. For hundred's of the poorest families, they will never know that the 'Santa' that left gifts under their tree was McApline.
