Tennessee Calls on Jani-King to Clean Up Thousands Converge on Fairgrounds for Two-Weeks of Fun.
10/3/2003 - Jani-King of Knoxville recently completed a one-time clean at the Tennessee Valley Fair. Throughout the 14-day event over 150,000 people snacked on everything from funnel cakes to cotton candy, leaving behind barrels of trash each day. "We emptied 29 dumpsters every night and went through over 200 cases of trash bag liners (each case contains 50 rolls of trash bags) during the two-week event," according to Jason Crump in the Knoxville operations department of Jani-King. read more

Albertson's has 49 locations throughout the state totaling over 2.4 million square feet and Utah Power & Light has approximately 500,000 square feet in facility space.

6/1/2003 - As all records indicate, not once in the history of Holiday Inn has one of their hotels received a perfect score on their in-house inspection: until now. Greg and Gina Gurley (G&G Enterprises), Jani-King franchise owners in Corinth, Mississippi, have helped the local Holiday Inn achieve something that had never been done before, receive a perfect score of 100 on the hotel’s Quality Evaluation. "Naturally, a perfect score is difficult to achieve and can only happen with hard work and dedication by everyone involved," said Rick Stockton, owner of the Corinth, Mississippi Holiday Inn Express.
