Jani-King President and CEO Jerry Crawford addressed the audience and talked about the great responsibility of the leadership in Jani-King regional offices and at Jani-King corporate to help unit franchisees to be successful. He spoke about the many challenges that face the franchising industry today and how the International Franchise Association is continuously fighting for the long-term growth of franchising with our political leaders in the United States.
While there were many outstanding presentations, the highlight of the conference included interviews with unit franchisees that attended the general session on Thursday, March 26 and participated in a question and answer session. That particular portion of the conference started with a 25-minute video that highlighted many franchise owners and customers from around the country.
