The 2014 Marvin Vanover Peach Belt Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament presented by Jani-King was held March 6-9 at the Frank G. Lumpkin Center in Columbus, Ga. Columbus State University served as tournament host for the third straight year with teams fighting for the conference Championship and a birth into the NCAA tournament field.
“We are proud to be associated with the Peach Belt Conference,” said Rich Henderson, president of Jani-King of Augusta, Macon and Savannah. “The Peach Belt has a strong presence in the southeast and we want to be associated with the top conference in the region. This is a good partnership for us to help us build our brand.”
The Peach Belt Conference is the first NCAA Division II conference to be sponsored by Jani-King.
