In Los Angeles alone, three new hotels have been signed while, just up the coast in San Francisco, Jani-King has also signed a luxury boutique property, Hotel Milano.

Around the country, several Jani-King regional offices and franchisees have partnered with the corporate hospitality team to add new hotel and resort clients during the past few months. In Los Angeles alone, three new hotels have been signed while, just up the coast in San Francisco, Jani-King has also signed a luxury boutique property, Hotel Milano. 

Also in the western U.S., Jani-King of Phoenix continues its long-term success in the hotel and resort market. The latest addition to the Phoenix regional office list of customers is the Marriott Canyon Resort, a property that is part of the Marriott Timeshare Division. Franchisees in Phoenix will provide housekeeping services on the resort’s busy checkout days. 
Heading east to Atlanta and then on to Miami, Jani-King regional offices have signed two major properties. First, in Atlanta, Jani-King started with a construction clean-up contract at the 330 room Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport and turned that into a full-time, full-service housekeeping contract. In Miami, the regional office has signed a deal with Vacation Village Resorts for the cleaning of seven of their timeshare properties. In all, there are a total of 652 units that will be serviced by Jani-King franchisees in Miami. 
The recent hotel signings concluded a particularly strong year for housekeeping services provided by Jani-King franchisees in 2014.
