Jani-King of Baton Rouge announced today that Jacobs Engineering has chosen Jani-King to provide cleaning services for its 180,000 sq. ft. tri-tower facility at 4949 Essen Lane.
The new relationship is a perfect match for both companies as each believes in understanding client requirements and expectations, executing based on those needs, and continuously finding ways to increase their value to clients.
To that end, local franchise owners Cleve and Evonne Dunn are incorporating the “Team Cleaning” concept in the Jacobs building. “Team Cleaning” has proven to improve worker productivity by 25 percent. The Dunns and Jacobs are seeing the results of this increased productivity in their bottom line. Within three weeks of implementing the “Team Cleaning” system the Dunn’s crews were achieving cleaning rates of 5800 sq. ft. per hour.
The Dunn’s Jacobs contract, along with their existing business, makes them one of the top producing franchise owners in the Baton Rouge region.
The Dunns and Jani-King see the Jacobs Engineering building as being the first of many new high-rise buildings to choose Jani-King to provide commercial cleaning services.
