Our ‘Franchise of the Month’ for July is Dallas franchise owners, Lemont and Michelle Crawford, of L&M Crawford Enterprise, LLC.
The Crawford’s purchased their Jani-King franchise in March 2016 and have quickly established themselves as dedicated business owners. They were drawn to the Jani-King opportunity because a family member was already operating a Jani-King franchise in our Greensboro, NC region. He referred them to Jani-King and the rest is history.
In a matter of months, the Crawford’s have gone from having 3 employees to now having 21. When asked what they benefitted from the most, by working for themselves, the Crawford’s pointed to the flexibility, pride of ownership and being a part of the entire Jani-King family. “The benefits of Jani-King are outstanding,” said the Crawford’s. “Their team is very attentive, supportive and just all-around the absolute best support system to our business.”
While we take pride in our regional office support system, we know that the Crawford’s’ success is greatly due to their hard work, dedication and commitment to delivering the absolute best commercial cleaning services to customers. “Our philosophy is very simple,” says Mrs. Crawford. “If the client is happy, then we have done our job.”

As they grow their business, they’re also growing their family; as they anticipate the arrival of a new baby. Like any good father and/or husband should, Mr. Crawford credits his wife for the success they’ve shared and their teamwork.
