Gulf Coast executives Troy White, JJ O’Neil, Al Hebert, and Jason
Miller were in attendance and were joined by additional sponsors,
UWF fans, and UWF student-athletes for the fundraising event.
The event kicked off with a great lunch, provided by Jimmy
John’s, and allowed everyone the opportunity to network and/or
hit a few practice shots. The Scenic Hills Country Club was a
fantastic venue, the weather was perfect, and the hospitality was
top-notch.
“It was a great day of golf, but the most rewarding part for me
was speaking with the UWF students at each tee box,” said
Mobile/Pensacola/Tallahassee Regional Director, Troy White. “It’s
very rewarding to get to know these student-athletes and to hear
their genuine gratitude to Jani-King, and other sponsors, for the
doors that our partnership opens up for each of them. This is
where the real value of these partnerships shine.”
John ‘JJ’ O’Neil, Executive Vice President, also expressed his
excitement about the recent event. “These types of events are
about building bigger and stronger relationships,” said O’Neil.
“The primary building blocks for our business are the
relationships we establish. We truly pride ourselves on getting
to know people. We want to better understand our current and
future Jani-King customers.”
The UWF Scholarship Golf Tournament event was established to help
support and raise money for UWF scholarships. It was an exciting
tournament and was capped off by the ‘Argonaut Social’ that same
evening. The ‘Argonaut Social’ included live entertainment, food,
a silent auction, and raffle giveaways.
