Taking back with them the tools, knowledge and motivation needed to help franchisees succeed, the attendees of the three-day show that was held on March 24-26 in the Dallas, Texas area have a renewed mission for 2011 and beyond.

 April 2011 – Regional Director’s and Master Franchisees made a difference at Jani-King’s 2011 Annual Convention and will be making a an even greater difference in their regions this year. Taking back with them the tools, knowledge and motivation needed to help franchisees succeed, the attendees of the three-day show that was held on March 24-26 in the Dallas, Texas area have a renewed mission for 2011 and beyond.

During the event, attendees also took advantage of numerous opportunities to meet with vendors and colleagues, sharing ideas and information about best practices and the latest technology. Vendors such as HPI Direct, 3M, Triple S and others set up booths and showcased items that included apparel and uniforms, chemicals, equipment and business insurance.

The General Session kicked off on Thursday morning when Jani-King President Jerry Crawford addressed the audience and delivered his opening remarks. Speaking to the crowd of over 150, Crawford boasted about the success of several regional offices in 2010 while inspiring all regions to have a stronger performance in 2011.

Following the opening, multiple presentations were given by Jani-King executives and then finally a special presentation to Jani-King of Dallas and the seven unit franchisees that turned in an MVP cleaning performance at Super Bowl 43. To honor the efforts of the regional office staff, franchisees and workers, executives from the Dallas Cowboys and Cowboys Stadium were on hand to present special awards in addition to the individual MVP trophies presented by Jani-King International.

Friday’s general session started early with a presentation and audience discussion on the topic of social media before a series of workshops began. The multiple 45-minute workshops tackled everything from selling healthcare accounts to bidding to promoting Jani-King through social media and so much more.
