As Jani-King executives, Mike Biggs and Gil Sanchez have proven they know how to sign business to help franchisees grow. Now, they look forward to using their expertise to grow a business of their own by opening Jani-King’s newest domestic regional office in Des Moines, IA.
“It’s exciting to have an opportunity to expand the Jani-King brand to a city like Des Moines which has been a popular choice in many Best For Business and Living lists the past few years,” said Mike Biggs, Master Franchise Owner for Jani-King of Des Moines. “The local business leadership has welcomed us with open arms and already made us feel like a part of the community. As we expand across Iowa, I expect the same kind of friendly reception.”
“Our goals for Jani-King of Iowa are pretty simple,” said Master Franchise Owner Gil Sanchez. “We want to build local, successful businesses one franchisee at a time and one city at a time throughout Iowa. We also want to give aspiring entrepreneurs an opportunity to run a business independently while receiving valuable training and support form Jani-King.”
Although the new master franchisees have a lot of work ahead of them, they will remain on with Jani-King International in their current roles. In Des Moines, they have hired a regional director, leased office space and already made great strides in building local business relationships.
Along with their wives, Tiffany Biggs and Cynthia Sanchez, the group will all take on individual roles in the development of the new master franchise territory from their Dallas area homes.
