Known in the South for serving up the finest buffalo wings, burgers and craft beer, T.MAC restaurants get a ton of great reviews and lots of loyal customers through their doors. To keep up their image of great food and great restaurants, T.MAC has partnered with Jani-King to clean all of their locations in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee.
“We first had an account with their corporate office at which one of our franchisees began cleaning a couple of months ago,” said Al Giordano from Jani-King of Atlanta. “Our franchisee, Carolyn Ramsey, has proided excellent service to not only them but also another large customer in their building.”
Providing great service to the corporate offices certainly helped open the door to additional business, but Jani-King had to show them that we had the right program for restaurants as well. This led to account executive Patrick Mewborn getting an opportunity to quote on multiple locations.
“There are 24 locations in the Atlanta region, three restaurants in Charlotte, NC and one in both Raleigh, NC and Knoxville, TN,” said Giordano. “This meant that we had to coordinate pricing individually with several other Jani-King regional offices. All regions with T.MAC locations participated and we were able to win the contract for all currently open restaurants.”
Thanks to the work of everyone involved, Jani-King franchisees will be responsible for monthly detail restroom cleaning and machine floor scrubbing as well as monthly interior and exterior window cleaning. The agreement also includes semi-annual pressure washing of patios, sidewalks and dumpster areas as well as high dusting of all ductwork, TV’s and vents.
