Jani-King International, the world’s largest commercial cleaning franchise
company, recently unveiled a new franchisee training program during a three-day
session the Dallas, TX area. The audience consisted of Jani-King
representatives including Master Franchise Owners, Regional Directors, Account
Executives and Operations Managers from Jani-King regional offices.
Due to the large interest in the updated franchisee training, the event was
held at the Holiday Inn in Addison. More than 65 people completed the training
and are now qualified to return to their region and lead the training sessions
for new franchisees.
According to Nathan Zimring, Director of Education and Training at Jani-King
International, the new training program has already generated positive results
in several Jani-King test markets because of the quality of the updated DVD’s,
PowerPoint presentations and group activities. “This program was tested in
Milwaukee, Albuquerque, and San Diego and it is already presenting record
account retention results. Smaller versions of this training will be conducted
in June in Canada and Australia, and we plan to conduct weekend seminars in many
regions at which we will invite existing franchise owners who wish to be
re-trained to attend.”
